Refunds & Returns

Since each Screencutz order is customized for the individual consumer we do not offer returns/refunds on your purchase.

All products sold by us are new and under warranty from the manufacturer, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

However, under situational circumstances we may consider returns in the event you might have received your order damaged upon its shipment/arrival.

In the event you are seeking a return, all returns must be pre-approved and an RMA assigned, othwerwise they will not be recognized or honored.

Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.

*Shipping & handling, insurance, processing fees are NOT refundable. Only the product purchase price will be refunded minus any applicable restocking fees. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error of order processing.*

It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take up to 2-7 business days to reflect on your account statement. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.
